Language goals: language, else, flag, palace, lovely, the Great Wall; 1) What language do people speak in China? 2) What is the capital city of China? 2. Ability goals: Teach the students how to talk about our country –China in English. 3.Moral goals: Students can describe China . Important points: The new words and expressions Difficult points: Learn to talk about our country -- China in English Preparation PPT, textbook, notebook (教学准备) Teaching Process(教学过程) Step I :Lead-in (导入) Show the learning aims to let the students know what they will learn in this class. Collection Design(集体备课设计) Personalized Design (个性化设计) Step II :Learning aims (学习目标) Step III: Teaching procedures (教学 环节) I. Learn new words by examples and exercises. The teacher shows the new words on ppt. and leads students to read and spell them. Give some Presentation examples to help the students understand, If (展示呈现) necessary , the teacher can give some exercises to help students use the words correctly. II. Listening: Let’s do it No.1: Listen and match the correct pictures. Practice of III. Reading: skills 1. Students read by themselves and find the words (技能训练) they don’t know or read. 2.Students read after the teacher and correct their pronunciation. 3.Read again and try to answer the questions: Let’s do it No.2 4. Moral goals: Encourage students to talk about Canada and US with key sentences.
