摘要：A system for processing materials includes handling and cutting stationspositioned at appropriate positions along first and second conveying portions. A crustcutting station is positioned along the first conveyor portion. A crust removal station is
positioned to span across the first and second conveying portions. Similarly, a stackingstation is also positioned to span across the first and second conveying portions. Further,a first (vertical) cross cutting station is position along the second conveyor portion.Similarly, a second (horizontal) cross cutting station is located along the second conveyorportion. The process of using the disclosed system eliminates the need for speciallydesigned stacking frames or trays and support rods, and improves cutting capacity andreduces processing time by only stacking the materials to be processed once, withoutde-stacking and restacking steps.
