摘要：A device for starting an internal combustion engine of a motor vehicle is
described, which has a starter motor, an engaging relay, a starting current relay, a maincurrent relay, a control unit and a switching module situated between the relays namedand the control unit. The control unit is an engine control unit of the motor vehicle. Theswitching module has inputs which are connected to one output, respectively, of theengine control unit, and has outputs at which control signals for the relays named areprovided. The outputs of the engine control unit are small signal outputs.
