以六水合锌为锌源,尿素为沉淀剂,采用溶剂热法, 通过改变反应温度制备出形貌不同的纳米氧化锌粉体,并用DSC、XRD、FT-IR和TEM对其进行表征。用抑菌圈法对制备的纳米氧化锌粉体进行了金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草杆菌的生物活性研究,结果表明样品对上述两种细菌均具有良好的抑菌效果,同时发现产物的形貌对其抑菌能力影响不大。

Zinc oxide nanopowder was prepared by solventhermal method through changing reaction temperature using zinc nitrate hexahydrate as the starting material and urea as precipitating agent. Various measuring methods were used to characterize zinc oxide nanopowder, such as DSC, XRD, TEM and IR. The biologic active properties of zinc oxide nanopowder were studied to slaphylococcus aureus and bacillus subtilis by antibacterium-circle measure. The results revealed that products had good antibacterial performance and simultaneity the shape of the products had slim effect to antibacterial properties.
