摘要：Mammalian, especially monkey, cell lines capable of producing a preferablyhuman growth hormone and of excreting it into their culture medium. These lines aremodified by a DNA fragment containing a sequence coding for this growth hormone andalso preferably a sequence coding for a signal peptide associated with this growthhormone, immediately upstream of the above in the direction of the transcription, theexpression of this fragment being under the control of an exogenic promoter which isalso incorporated stably into the said cells.
