摘要：The present invention discloses a traffic offloading method, apparatus, andsystem, relates to the field of communications technologies, and resolves a problem ofdifficulty in implementing traffic offloading on a downstream node in a solution of the
prior art. The method provided by the present invention may specifically include:receiving, by a downstream node, flow table support capability information of anupstream node; determining, according to the flow table support capability information,whether the upstream node supports a downstream node flow table, where thedownstream node flow table includes at least one flow entry, and each flow entrycorresponds to one flow; and if the upstream node supports the downstream node flowtable, sending the downstream node flow table to the upstream node. The technicalsolution of the present invention is applicable to traffic offloading.
