摘要：A ear tag for identifying animals is provided with a flat body portion includingthe identifying indicia. The body is connected by a neck portion, which is usually in rightangular relation to the body portion, to an anchoring head. This anchoring head extendsupwardly and downwardly therefrom. The anchoring head will not readily pull out due torelatively rigid construction thereof. The neck of the tag, rather than the anchoring head,flexes during insertion into the ear.
