三星笔记本售后服务承诺方案
承诺对象：青岛MTI国际学校
承诺内容：新生用笔记本三年上门售后服务，具体项目如下
特别承诺：另赠送每台笔记本“笔记本救援保”电脑救援服务(一年内有效)
此救援服务为用户提供电脑硬件遭到意外、软件遭到攻击、使用者旅行人身意外三位一体的全方位关爱服务保障。
1、因火灾、爆炸、自然灾害等造成电脑的损坏，电脑的意外跌落、碰撞、进液、盗抢等原
因导致电脑硬件损失的保障。
2、以上原因导致的正版软件重新购置或安装费用、全年一次因计算机病毒、黑客入侵造成
软件损失的保障。
3、为用户提供因合法乘坐民航客机或商业营运的火车、轮船、汽车期间因遭受意外伤害事
故导致身故或残疾的保障，以及因以上述意外所花费符合当地社保报销医疗费用损失的保障。

以下情况，不在公司保质量范围之内
1、没有按照产品说明书中的维护说明引起的产品故障。
2、由非三星授权维修中心拆装或维修过的机器。
3、电脑故障而引起的间接损失。
