Unfortunately, I have made an error in one of the x company accounts. Some of the numbers for last month’s report have been inverted. I have taken the steps to fix this mistake including having three team members double check my numbers. I expect the task to be completed by Thursday the 18th. I apologize for this mistake and will take active measure to avoid the same in the future.
