四年的大学学习，学到的更多的是专业基础知识再就是一种自学能力，而实践经验、社会经验则十分匮乏。作为一个应届毕业生，初来公司，曾经很担心不知该怎么与人共处，该如何做好工作，但是公司宽松融洽的工作氛围、良好的学习发展机遇，让我很快完成了从学生到职员的转变。能够正确面对挫折，辨证的看待问题。工作中能够始终保持一种积极向上的心态，努力开展工作。
过去的一年，是不断学习、不断充实的一年，是积极探索、逐步成长的一年。当然，初入职场，难免经验不足，在业务知识上，与自己本职工作要求还存在有一定的差距。但这些经历也让我不断成熟，在处理各种问题时考虑得更全面，专业技能也得到了加强。在此，我要特别感谢公司领导的悉心栽培以及同事对我的入职指引和帮助，感谢他们对我工作中出现的失误的提醒和指正。我也深知，毕业只是求学的一小步，社会才是一所真正的大学。在今后的工作中，我将努力找准自己的定位，尽自己的所能为公司作出贡献，为公司创造真正的财富，同时也为自身谋求一个更大的进步。
