难点:名词复数的规则变化。

水手、士兵等的帽子头饰,Dino头饰,单词卡片,教学挂图,教学磁带等。
四、教学步骤
Step 1 Warming up
One, two, three, four, five
Once I caught a fish alive.
Six, seven, eight, nine, ten
Then I let it go again.
Why did you let it go?
Because it bit my finger so.
Which finger did it bite?
The little finger on the right.
Step 2 Presentation and drill
游戏——Dragon game (接龙游戏)
分组进行比赛。从1数到10,看哪组数得最顺畅。
S1:One.
S2: One, two.
S3: One, two, three.
S4: One two, three, four.
……
在数字后加上名词(如flower, nose, finger, leg, head, toe, hand等)继续游戏。
S1:One flower /nose /finger /leg /head /hand /……
S2: Three flowers /noses /fingers /legs /heads/ hands……
1、选出说得最快最准的一组上讲台。出示单词卡片a teacher。
S1: One teacher.
S2: Two teachers.
S3: Three teachers.
S4: Four teachers.
S5: Five teachers.
接着出示单词卡片a cook, a farmer, a doctor, a soldier等。让学生反复练说。
2、出示帽子头饰。
T:Look, What am I now?
Ss: You are a sailor.
换上士兵的帽子,引导学生说出soldier。
出示有很多sailor和soldier的图片。
T: What are they?
Ss: They are sailors.
T: What are they?
Ss: They are soldiers.
帮助学生回答。板书单词并带读。
游戏——Quick response(快速反应)
选择6名学生上讲台,戴上帽子头饰,分成Soldiers和Sailors两组,站成直线。然后根据老师的命令,快速作出反应。看哪组反应得又快又准。多选择几组进行游戏。
T: Ready go. Left, right. Left, right.
Turn left. Turn right. Turn right. Turn right.

游戏——A little actor (小演员)
让3位“小演员”戴上头饰,在教室外准备好。等老师与教室里的学生打完招呼,便喊着口令走起来。

T: What are you? Are you soldiers?
S1-3: No, we’re not soldiers.
T: Are you sailors?
S1-3: Yes, We’re sailors.
T: Look at their hats. They are so cool. Could you give them to me, please.
S1-3: OK!
T: Thanks. Go back to your seat, please!

重点:分辨左右,听懂指令。
难点:名词复数形式的不规则变化。
各种职业的帽饰、单词卡片、教学磁带等。

选择游戏中做得较好的3位学生上台表演。
T: What are they? Can you guess? Are they policemen?
Ss: No, they aren’t.
T: You are right. They’re not policemen.
出示单词卡片policemen,板书单词,讲解该名词复数的不规则变化规律,引导学生找出更多类似的变化(如woman, policewoman, fireman, postman等)。带读。
T(对表演者说): Are you policemen?
(耳语: You’re traffic police. 交警。)
S1-3: No, we’re not policemen.
T: Are you doctors?
S1-3: No, we’re not doctors.
鼓励学生用“Are you…?”提问。
Ss: Are you teachers?
S1-3: No, we’re not teachers.
T: Let’s do it again. Watch carefully. Stop. Go. Stop. Go. Turn right. Turn left. What are we? Guess, please.
Ss: …
帮助学生回答“We’re traffic police.”。
T: Are you traffic police?

板书单词traffic police,强调该词单、复数形式一样。带读。

以课文C部分为游戏内容,分角色表演。可以用其他物品代替硬币。

情景:20年后,同学们回到母校。聚会中,大家一起交流工作和生活的情况。

1、能掌握字母组合ch在单词中的发音,能理解新单词;
2、会读由含有字母组合ch的单词组成的句子;
二、教学重点及难点
重点:字母组合ch在单词中的发音;童谣。
难点:理解新单词,朗读句子。
三、教学准备
四线三格小黑板、单词卡片、教学磁带等。

游戏——Making friends (找朋友)
将上一单元含有字母组合br与本单元含有字母组合ch的单词卡片打乱顺序,反面朝上拿在手中让学生抽取。抽到含有相同字母组合单词卡片的为“好朋友”。双脚说“好朋友”名字(即读出该单词)可获得奖励。

游戏——Listen and act(听音做动作)
叫一位学生到台前。
T: Listen to my orders. Turn left. Turn right. Turn around. Knock at the teacher’s desk. (老师示范)Knock at the window. Knock at the door.
叫两位学生到台前。
T: Turn left. Turn right. Turn around. Knock at the desk. Knock at the window. Knock at the door. Turn the handle. Open the door. Walk back to your seat.
叫三位学生到台前。
T: Turn left. Turn right. Turn around. Knock at the desk. Knock at the window. Knock at the door. Turn the handle. Close the door. Walk back to your seat.
听课文F部分录音,有节奏地朗读、表演。

1、分组表演唱。
2、鼓励学生们大胆创设情景,自由会话。
